I specialise in helping business owners move from spending the majority of their time “doing” in their business to “creating” the world around them.

My clients are driven, ambitious, care deeply about helping others and making a positive impact in the world. They’ve been running their own business for at least a few years. They took a leap of faith to do their own thing because they value freedom. The freedom to choose how they want to live their lives, who they spend their time with and who they serve.

Despite that, things haven’t worked out as they’d hoped and they often spend more time being busy in the business, rather than working on the business.

Together, my clients overcome guilt, limiting beliefs & a voice in their head that tells them they are not doing enough or a good enough job fulfilling their many responsibilities.

They let go of the need to be in control, because we don’t really have it anyway. If you believe that’s not true, try getting anything done without the support of your team.

They empower and trust those around them which creates space to spend more time growing the business, growing relationships with people they care about and growing into the person they desire to be.
