Meet the team.

Gillian Thomson
Co-founder and Certified Transformational Coach

An engineer by trade, Gillian loves to work with leaders who always put themselves last and know there must be a better way. She supports them to build a vision of the future that excites and motivates them – for their lives, not just their business. Putting her success down to her keen listening skills and her challenging, but empathetic and often playful style, Gillian helps clients uncover their limiting beliefs, find balance and create a life that brings them joy.

Gillian volunteers as Vice Chair of Inspire PTL, a charity supporting people with learning disabilities and other support needs. She lives in Aberdeenshire with her son, Andrew and dog, Coco. Always full of energy, she is a certified yoga instructor and can often be found exercising in the local woods and hills.

“I love coaching leaders to harness their strengths, tackle challenges and create a positive vision and plan for their future, by trusting their own insight to guide them. I’m constantly amazed at the breakthroughs that happen in coaching sessions that have a transformational impact on my client’s lives”

David Wynn
Co-founder and Certified Transformational Coach

Helping heart-centred leaders surpass what they believe is possible for themselves, their careers, families and communities is what gets David out of bed in the morning. A mix of congeniality, focus and infectious energy, David builds trust with his coachees quickly. He admits it was a coaching conversation that turned his own life around and led him to his own purpose—helping working parent leaders unleash new possibilities and solutions through insight-led coaching.

David lives in Aberdeen with his wife Jenni and two children. When he’s not creating spaces of magical transformation for clients, he’s mentoring novice coaches, going a bit Bear Grylls in the countryside, and dropping a few beats as a DJ.

“I believe you can only take a coachee as deep as you are prepared to go yourself.  Having fielded more than a few of life’s curve-balls in my time, I know I bring presence, energy and a compassionate edge to my work, but it’s never about me. The coachee is the hero.”
